Thanks to our New York City chefs, patrons can expect a totally different presentation of sushi and hibachi. It’s much more creative, eclectic and unique. We use Thai spices in many dishes. There’s everything from tempura to teriyaki. You have to come out and try it!

Located at 611 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, NY 12110, we serve dinner Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
We’re open for lunch Sunday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m.
through 3 p.m. Complete lunches are served with miso soup, house
salad and steamed white rice. Lunch specials are served 7 days a
week.
Have a cocktail in our lounge or select something from our large wine list. Start your meal with an appetizer or a bowl of hot soup, such as Tom Yum - the most famous spicy Thai soup with shrimp, scallop, green mussels, vegetables and Thai herbs, toped with cilantro.
Do you like noodles? Try our udon and soba – Japanese style linguini, stir-fried with seasonal vegetables and your choice of chicken, shrimp, beef or vegetable. We also serve Nabeyaki udon – a soup of noodles in chicken stock with crab sticks, chicken, Japanese fish cake, poached egg and two pieces of our shrimp tempura.
Vegetarian solutions include stir-fired asparagus, stir fried
string beans, sautéed spinach with garlic sauce and
vegetarian delight.
At our hibachi table, nothing is pre-cooked. Each dinner is prepared at your Tepanyaki table in the finest Japanese tradition by our chef and complemented with our seasonings and exotic sauce. Right in front of you, a chef will cook up hibachi combos of filet mignon, shrimp, scallop, lobster, salmon and chicken. The sake deluxe combines filet mignon, lobster, scallops and shrimp. Your exquisite meal begins with clear soup, green salad, shrimp appetizer, vegetables, noodles and fried or white rice.
Order sushi dinners or sushi a la carte from our sushi bar. Our
sushi restaurant offers a variety of sushi,
sashimi and Sake signature rolls. The Godzilla Roll is filled with
snow crab, striped bass and fluke, cooked in tempura and topped
with our chef’s special sauce.
The Mango Tango roll is stuffed with crunchy, spicy yellowtail and avocado and topped with fresh mango slices and mango sauce. The Crazy Friday roll has king crab and Fuji apple inside, topped with cheese and deep fried with our chef’s special sauce.
Feast on one of our signature entrees, such as: Thai Mango Chicken with Jumbo Prawns, Char-Grilled Chilean Sea Bass, Thai Coconut & Curry Seafood Casserole, Hawaii Roast Duck, Crispy Red Snapper or Bangkok Basil Beef or Chicken with Jumbo Prawns. Our main dishes come with miso soup and salad.
Sake Japanese Steakhouse offers a kids menu for children ages 10 and under.
